Excellent hot sauce for making Louisiana dishes like gumbo, jambalaya, red beans and rice. I make gumbo with shrimp and oysters starting from a historic 1809 recipe, but add a lot of Louisiana Crude in the process. I have also used it to liven up ratatouille, and it works so well that I don’t want to make ratatouille without Louisiana Crude.
